All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies to all products sold by 1 Life Peps.

No Refunds or Returns

Refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Ordering the wrong quantity
  • Customer misunderstanding of the intended research use of the product
  • Product dissatisfaction
  • Failure to read product descriptions or disclaimers
  • Improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
  • Failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Weather-related delays
  • Natural disasters or other events beyond our control
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
  • Lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier (unless shipping insurance was purchased and the claim is approved under the insurer’s terms)

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

1 Life Peps is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues that occur after the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.

Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received the wrong product or your order arrived incomplete due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of the documented delivery date.

We may request:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the package and contents
  • Any additional information necessary to investigate the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Research Products

All products sold by 1 Life Peps are intended solely for laboratory research purposes.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, and refunds will not be issued based on misuse, misunderstanding, or use inconsistent with our Research Use Disclaimer.
